Founded in 2012, the Coming Full Circle Loud n Clear Foundation (CFC) is a grassroots New Jersey registered nonprofit Recovery Community Organization (RCO) providing a model relapse prevention program that supports all pathways to recovery through peer driven and operated programs.
After many outpatient and inpatient treatment centers, and years of an uphill battle with addiction, the Regan family discovered the gaps in the current system and realized a need for diverse programs of extended aftercare.
They are committed to helping individuals and families struggling with addiction find, maintain, and strengthen their recovery through peer-based support & programs.
Using a multiple pathways approach and strong accountability system, our programs are designed to rebuild lives from the ground up and inspire each member to achieve long term recovery.

Since Foundation in 2012, CFC has serviced over 20,000 families in Monmouth & Ocean Counties. All it would take is $25.00 a month from a quarter of the community we’ve serviced to help us fund our efforts for an entire year!
The annual Rock The Farm festival is about connection, friendship, hope, and music. For the past eight years, friends have gathered and listened to their favorite tunes while supporting a great cause.
