The Parker Family Health Center is a volunteer-based, free health care facility where Monmouth County residents without medical insurance or the ability to pay can be cared for with the same level of dignity and confidentiality afforded in the private sector.

Disease prevention, education, and primary care will be provided in an easily accessible facility with the same dignity and confidentiality afforded in the private sector in an effort to maintain a healthy community. For health conditions requiring treatment that is beyond the scope of what can be provided in-house, the Parker Center will seek to identify other sources of care.

You are eligible for service from the Parker Family Health Center if: your annual income is under 300% of the 2014 Federal poverty level, you are uninsured, and you do not qualify for Medicare or Medicaid. If you do not meet our guidelines, we will assist you with an appropriate referral.

Please remember that the Parker Family Health Center is a VOLUNTEER clinic with limited resources. All of our support comes from community donations.
