An Unbreakable anti-bullying forum was presented by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office at the RWJ Barnabas Health Arena in Toms River. The evening starred Richie Sambora, a Woodbridge native best known for his work in Bon Jovi, and Little Egg Harbor’s Gaten Matarazzo, star of the TV series Stranger Things and member of the band Work In Progress.
“You can use this power (of cell phones) very, very negatively and I see it every day,” Matarazzo said. “I think everybody needs to gain a sense of responsibility and everyone needs to treat these with respect and with brains. Just use your brains because a lot of times these can be used as a serious weapon against someone’s spirit.”
“Let’s have some courage to stand up for our friends, and stand up to our enemies,” Sambora added. “Let’s beat this thing.”
