The Rite Aid drugstore chain has expanded its Covid-19 testing capabilities by adding 11 more stores — for a total of 14 — across New Jersey, the company announced in a statement.
The locations are providing the test for free to anyone at least 18 years of age, symptomatic or asymptomatic, with a government-issued ID.
The testing sites — run in partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services — will use self-swab nasal tests overseen by Rite Aid pharmacists. The pharmacists will collect the specimens, which will be sent to BioReference Laboratories.
To get a free Covid test, register for an appointment at RiteAid.com.
