A new treatment facility for people struggling with addiction is open on West Main Street in Freehold.

Relevance Behavioral Health works in partnership with the CFC Loud N Clear Foundation, an aftercare program that helps prevent relapse after treatment.

“We offer a multiple platforms approach to treating addiction,” said Jason Rivera, program director. “That style of treatment is so needed — it’s just missing out of many treatment facilities in New Jersey.”

From Jan. 1 to Oct. 31, 2019, there have been 2,435 reported overdose deaths, according to NJcares.gov.
