Annual Brain Fitness Fair will provide an opportunity for people of all ages to experience a wide array of fun and creative activities and interactive brain fitness stations designed to promote brain wellness. This event will feature prizes and healthy snacks, and will take place at SCAN (Social Community Activities Network), at Boscovs third floor auditorium at Monmouth Mall, located at Routes 35 & 36 in Eatontown. No-cost lung cancer screenings by the the Leon Hess Cancer Center for those those who qualify: You must be between 45 and 74 years of age; be either a smoker or one who quit less than 15 years ago, and complete a screening profile with a registered nurse. The screenings (spirometry screening will also be available) will take place at the Cranmer Ambulatory Surgery Center at Monmouth Medical Center, located at 300 Second Avenue in Long Branch.
