Series of Group Fitness Walks for Every Shape, Size and Age!

Linda Juranich, owner of Total Body Fitness. a certified Personal Trainer, and a certified Health and Wellness Coach will be hosting a series of fitness walks in area parks starting May 1st and running through July 7th, 2015 for interested walkers of all levels. The walks begin at 9:30am and last one hour. They are held every Wednesday and Friday morning and alternating Saturdays and Sundays, departing from various locations throughout Northern Bergen County.
The Total Body Fitness Walking Club is a program is for all fitness levels and is designed to take you outside, get you moving, train you for strength and endurance.
“This is great incentive for you to get your body moving after a long winter and kick-off the spring season,” says Total Body Fitness Owner Linda Juranich. She adds, “There are no judgments! There are no limitations! Every shape, size, age and fitness level is welcome! Come walk and talk with a fun group of women while you burn calories, lose inches, build strength and learn from others. “
